After an initial period to establish Buccament Bay as an exclusive 5* resort to rival the most exclusive anywhere in the world, the steamroller success story that is overseas property investment in St Vincent and the Grenadines rolls on.
As the reputation of the resort spreads, occupancy rates have increased and have now reached optimum levels. For the last two months room occupancy in the resort has hit 100%, with this rate of tenure expected to last for at least the next six months.

Further bad news for pension holders, as news that annuity rates have fallen by almost four percent in just three months has hit the market hard, leaving many to fear whether their pension income is going to provide them with the quality of life they deserve after decades of work.
This news represents the biggest fall in the value of private sector pensions since September 2010, with present annuity rates down by almost a tenth since June 2009.
A major reason for the weakening of many people’s pensions is the current turmoil in the eurozone, which has caused the returns earned on British Government bonds, on which annuities depend, to fall sharply.
The Caribbean economy is currently particularly buoyant, with house prices having risen consistently for the last decade, with the global economic meltdown not having reached the shores of these magnificent islands. The Caribbean investment property we have available is also SIPP compliant, and with capital growth of up to 50% and ongoing return on investment due to rental income sitting at 20-30%, there are currently few more lucrative methods of investing in your future.
As an example of the poor returns individuals can expect from their pensions, a 65 year old with a £50,000 pension pot would have been able to purchase a conventional lifetime annual leave income of £3,224; today that has dropped to only £2,902.
Advice from the technical director of the pension specialists that conducted the research was to no longer accept the annuity deal they are offered by their pension provider. He advised people to shop around for the best rates and consider other pension pots, with Caribbean investment property representing a noteworthy opportunity.

With the Euro Zone currently experiencing such crisis, stock markets suffering across the globe and the property markets of many of the leading world powers stagnant, the number of sound investments has diminished drastically. Many people are turning to tangible assets such as art, wine and classic cars, in an attempt to secure their futures and tie their cash into a secure commodity. However, there are plenty of locations which have been left untouched by the economic crisis which is affecting much of the globe. Areas such as the Caribbean have escaped unscathed, making a Caribbean investment property one investment which will still excite those looking for an excellent return.
A recent record of the top ten investment property havens, compiled by The Telegraph, lists a Caribbean investment property on the islands of Barbados and St Lucia as the 7th and 8th best locations to invest your cash.
The best way to make a secure investment is to choose a luxurious property in an exclusive area, that way, not only will you be able to enjoy the best the island has to offer, you will also stand an increased chance of seeing bumper returns.
So what is it that sets Caribbean investment property apart from other opportunities across the globe? Well perhaps the most important factor is the innate beauty of these fantasy islands. It’s not every day a chance to live like the rich and famous comes along. The luxury of Barbados and St Lucia provides exactly that. With crystal clear seas, long sandy beaches, sunshine all year round and some stunning natural features, Caribbean investment property offers a personal taste of paradise.
The same features that make a Caribbean investment property such an attractive destination for investors, work in the same way to attract holiday makers, ensuring an excellent all year round rental yield from the Caribbean investment property.
Overseas buyers of Caribbean investment property are welcome with open arms; and with no capital gains tax and mortgages readily available, even for foreigners, it is plain to see why a Caribbean investment property ranks so highly on the list of the world’s best property investments.
If you’d like to invest in your own little corner of paradise, a Caribbean investment property provides not only a breathtaking location to spend your time; it’s also an excellent way of planning for your future.

With more and more companies and organisations cutting pensions and the pension age set to rise, it’s only natural that more and more people are looking for pension alternatives. If you’ve recently received your pension forecast and you’re left shocked by the small amount you’ll receive then it could be time to consider property investment.
You don’t necessarily need to have thousands of pounds at your disposal to invest in property abroad as many property investment companies offer you the option of laying down a small deposit and taking out a mortgage. If your property investment is in a tourist area then you can make your mortgage payment and more back from accommodation rents.
Take the Caribbean for example. A property investment in the Caribbean offers an affordable, hassle free option that can bring in huge returns. Many properties are available at up to 50% lower than market value and some property investment agencies also offer 100% finance subject to status. That’s great news if you can’t afford to put down a deposit and many people have taken out finance in this way and are now reaping the rewards.
Although you may not need to pay a deposit you will need to pay a holding charge although this is usually a small amount. Many agencies also guarantee rent for a number of years. When you compare these facts and figures to buying a property in the UK, you can see the obvious benefits immediately. Although the property investment market in the UK is stable, it’s certainly not booming and even if you can afford a 15% deposit (this is the normal amount required by lenders) you will also have to pay huge agency fees in order to get the tenants you need to make a profit.
A property investment in the Caribbean offers an opportunity that cannot be missed. Your property will be managed by some of the best property professionals in the industry who will ensure you get a good number of visitors to your property and that it is let as often as possible. The good news is tourists flock to the Caribbean all year round so there is never really a quiet season. Why not take a look at the suites, penthouses, hotels and bungalows that are available right now and choose your property investment with confidence.
Whether you are a seasoned property investment professional or you are considering your first property investment, there are thousands of opportunities waiting for you right now. Call 02920 695936 today to find out more.

Our experience in the actual buying of the property has been extremely easy, the legal process has been very smooth and every query has been dealt with in a very efficient manner. The only down side to the purchase is we have to leave it and come home!" - The Reids
"Having looked at many properties in the Caribbean and locations, Buccament Bay ticked all of the boxes. The property itself is extremely well built and luxurious and the location is perfect. Its proximity to the airport makes the journey swift and pleasant. We have found the beach to be one of the nicest we have come across anywhere in the Caribbean, the sea is great for swimming and the gentle breeze makes the climate perfect for sunbathing”. – The Andersons
Already some investors in Caribbean investment property have seen as much as 300% capital growth on the property they’ve bought, and with high room occupancy rates already announced before the full and official opening for paying guests later on in the year, yields are anticipated to be particularly good.

Many of the Caribbean islands have become progressively overcrowded as cheaper airfares make the destination more accessible to holidaymakers. However, this is not the case everywhere. St Vincent and the Grenadines has been left unspoilt by recent developments in the area, ensuring the idyllic beauty of the Caribbean investment properties which adorn the island.
St Vincent and the Grenadines is a world away from its neighbouring island Barbados, which is awash with celebrities and holiday makers wanting to see and be seen. The pristine wilderness of St Vincent and the Grenadines offers a pristine alternative, with some of the most exquisite beaches you could wish to visit.
For exactly the above reason it would seem the presence of Caribbean investment properties on the island would not sit at all well. However, it is difficult not to succumb to the charms of these sympathetically designed, luxury homes.
The five-star Harlequin resort of Buccament Bay provides everything a discerning owner of Caribbean investment properties could wish for. With facilities aplenty, even if the rain shows it face (it is a tropical island after all) you will still be awash with a range of ways to spend your time. The resort’s spa centre is one such example. Spend an hour in the careful hands of the aromatherapy masseuse and you will be ready to greet the sunshine when you re-emerge, suitably relaxed, all set for a cocktail on the beach.
These Caribbean investment properties also benefit from unique access to a range of high class sports facilities. Gary Player has added his own touch to the resort, with a personally designed golf course which makes the most of the island’s stunning scenery.
A Liverpool Football Club academy makes Caribbean investment properties the perfect retreat for those of you who cannot bear to be away from the beautiful game. For the incurable fanatic the opportunity to train with ex-professionals will be too hard to pass up.
There is also the striking La Soufiere, the islands very own active volcano. A walk to the top up bamboo staircases and across fossilised lava flows is something all owners of Caribbean investment properties should experience, as long as you leave enough energy in reserve for the trip back down again!
If you’re looking to make your pension really work for you then SIPP complaint Caribbean investment properties offer the chance for a return on investment you will find it almost impossible to match. Browse our site and take a good look at the exclusive Caribbean investment properties on offer. Then call 02920 695936.
