About Us: A team of property investors and financial advisors

The people behind this website are experienced property investors and financial advisers who, after performing a lot of due diligence, each decided to invest their own money into these Caribbean properties. Between us, we own over half a dozen of these properties, across four of the resorts. We are:

Chris Jones – A property investment specialist with a large client bank of investors who regularly turn to him for advice on where best to place their money.

Gareth Cross – A financial adviser and a part of the finance industry for over twenty years, Gareth has chosen to create a SIPP with a number of these properties in it, using his existing pension to fund it.

Gareth Morgan – A property investor for over a decade, Gareth has a portfolio that includes a number of UK houses, commercial property and overseas investments.
